Our goal is to obtain the highest quality products and services at the most competitive prices while maintaining our commitment to responsible use of resources.
We issue Requests for Bids (RFBs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for various products and services needed across our campuses.
How to Participate
Vendors and suppliers interested in submitting bids or proposals for A+ Charter Schools can access our current RFBs and RFPs below. All bid submissions must be received by the designated deadline and comply with the specifications outlined in each request.
RFP #2025-3 Parking Lot
1.) Is there a quantity list for this Project or location of the parking lot y'all have available?
No quantity list.
2.) Is there a possible pre-bid scheduled for the project?
Vendors are welcomed to reach out.
3.) Will this project be required to be bonded?
No.
RFP #2025- 7 HVAC Repair/ Replacement
1.) Can you please provide the statement qualification form?
There is no vendor qualification form.
2.) Is there a required template that is to be used?
There is no required template. You can use your company letterhead.
3.) Warranty information?
The company can add their warrany information in their bids.
4.) Are more than (2) copies of the proposal needed?
Two forms are fine.
5.) No extensions available on bids at this time.
