Requests for Bids and Proposals

 

At A+ Charter Schools, we are committed to ensuring transparency, fairness, and the best value for our school community through a competitive and open bidding process. Our goal is to obtain the highest quality products and services at the most competitive prices while maintaining our commitment to responsible use of resources.

We issue Requests for Bids (RFBs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for various products and services needed across our campuses.

 

How to Participate

Vendors and suppliers interested in submitting bids or proposals for A+ Charter Schools can access our current RFBs and RFPs below. All bid submissions must be received by the designated deadline and comply with the specifications outlined in each request.

Evaluation and Award Process

All bids and proposals are evaluated based on criteria including cost, quality, compliance with specifications, and vendor reputation. A+ Charter Schools strives for a transparent and objective evaluation process, ensuring the best selection for our school community.

Successful vendors will be notified upon award, and contracts will be executed according to the terms of the accepted bid or proposal. We encourage vendors to check the platform regularly for updates on current and upcoming opportunities.
