Board of Trustees Approves 2025-2026 Compensation Plan

The A+ Charter Schools Board of Trustees has officially approved the Compensation Plan for the 2025–2026 school year, reflecting our ongoing commitment to supporting and retaining our incredible staff.
Classroom Teachers (HB2):

3–4 Years of Experience: $4,000 salary increase

5+ Years of Experience: $8,000 salary increase
Support Staff:
-
2.5% pay raise
Includes: Aides, Clerks, Auxiliary Staff, and Monitors
Professional & Administrative Personnel:

$2,500 salary increase
Includes: Principals, Assistant Principals, Counselors, Interventionists, Facilitators, Executive Directors, Network Personnel, Dean of Instruction, Diagnostician, SLP/SLPA, Coordinators, Athletic Trainers, Directors, Specialists, Cabinet Personnel, Home Office Administrators, Assistant Directors
Medical Staff & Cafeteria Managers:

$1,000–$2,500 salary increase
Based on level of certification
Returning employees whose positions are not listed above will receive a step increase on the pay scale.
